Your ambition turned into three engineered directions, with plans and budgets, so you can make the strategic R&D decision.
Sound familiar?
Starting something new?
Set the frame before money is spent.
Hit a problem mid-program?
Keep filing and launch dates on track.
More projects than budget?
One yardstick to rank them.

Three directions. One decision.
Each direction is laid out in timeline, cost and risk, so the trade-offs are visible and the choice is yours, on a basis you can defend.
MVP, Golden opportunity and Full ambition. Each with timeline, cost, risk and what it delivers: sales potential, time gained to filing or launch, or what it opens up for the next step.
The comparison of the directions, the recommendation and the argument, ready to present.
The analysis and the rationale behind every conclusion, documented.
Handed over in a session with your team.
How we work
Four steps from the first question to a decision you can defend.

Ambition
What the project must achieve and why, mapped with the people who own it: market share, a position to hold, a date to meet. The key requirements are framed here.
Specification
The ambition is tested against reality: technology, market, commercial case and the organization's capacity. Gaps are named, and the requirements and constraints are set: time, budget, manufacturing, IP, competitors and regulatory.
Concepting
The solution space is turned into concepts: product, technology, organization and business case. Each concept is planned and budgeted, and the field is narrowed to three directions.
Decision platform
Three engineered directions with timeline, cost and risk, compared on the parameters that matter in your project, and handed over to your team.
About 9 weeks in total. The plan is confirmed with you in step 1.
An estimate, not a quote.
Four weeks assumes the data is ready at the start and the right people are available when needed.
See it in practice
A new dose for a new patient group
Passing verification without moving the filing date
A new delivery route, before the first prototype
Five projects, budget for three
What do we get at the end?
Three directions (MVP · Golden opportunity · Full ambition), each with timeline, cost, risk and what it delivers, a deck for management and a full report. Handed over in a session with your team.
How long does it take?
From about 4 weeks when most is already known, to about 14 weeks when little is. Use the plan under How we work to see your case. The plan is confirmed with you in step 1.
What do you need from us?
Data ready at the start, access to the right people at agreed times, and one named owner. That is what makes four weeks possible.
How much of our team's time does it take?
That is up to you, from short executive workshops to hands-on work with your team. Detail and ownership grow with your team's involvement. So can the time it takes.
Does Skibla replace our own R&D team's analysis?
No. Skibla works with your project team, does the analysis with them and comes with a recommendation. Then Skibla steps back, so your team owns the decision.
